Have a question or feedback for us? Send us a note through the form below!

We’re usually pretty quick to reply and you should hear from someone within a few days.

If, however, we take a little longer, we haven’t forgotten you, we’re just a small party and we probably got attacked by a mother of oblivion. We’ll report back as soon as we can.

FAQs

Where do you ship products?

We are located in the United States and will ship nationally and internationally. If you have a shipping concern for your specific country, please send us an email and we will look into it.

What is your refund policy?

Digital Product Refund Policy

All digital products are final sale. However, if you run into any issues downloading or accessing your digital product, please email us and we will work with you to find a satisfying solution.

Physical Product Refund Policy

Since all our products are specifically printed for the customer, we do not accept refunds except for shipping damage. Please email us if you have a concern, though, and we will work with you to find a good solution.

Do you sell minis?

Yes! We sell a variety of minis for each DnD one-shot adventure module that we create. Our minis are sold as either digital downloads or printed figures.

Do you sell dice?

Yes! Just like our minis, we sell Polyhedral dice sets for each of our one-shot adventures.

What editions are compatible with your adventures?

At the moment, we produce adventures specifically compatible with Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition.

How many people can play your adventures?

Typically our adventures are designed for 4-6 players.

How long, on average, do your one-shots take?

Our one-shot adventures range between 4 to 6 hours, but could be longer depending on the players.

What online sites do you recommend for playing DnD remotely?

A very popular site for playing DnD adventures remotely is Roll20.

Another site that we recommend is Fantasy Grounds. After installation, you are welcome to check out our A Christmas Carol Adventure module and play it through the app.

Do you collaborate on DnD adventures?

We haven’t yet, but we’re not opposed. Do you want to work on an adventure with us? Send us an email.

Does Verge Games have a podcast?

Not yet, but it’s in the works! We are working on a monthly podcast called Chaos Likely for DMs, players and gamers who like to laugh. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready for listeners.
